Internal medicine or general medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Our goal is to protect, promote, and maintain your health and well-being and to prevent disease. Dr. Tran accepts patients ages 13 and up for services including:

• Preventative medicine and continuity of care;

• Health maintenance and Chronic illness treatment;

• and Disease prevention.

Geriatric Care

Geriatric medicine, is a specialty that focuses on health care of elderly people. It aims to promote health by preventing and treating diseases and disabilities in older adults.  Geriatric care is designed to evaluate all of the issues and challenges that a senior is experiencing, such as:

• Health issues, mobility challenges, transportation issues, bathing and grooming issues, etc;

• Develop coordinated care plans to focus on interventions for identified issues;

• Determine care needs and the frequency of care that should be provided.
